Windows PC and Microsoft 365 support for businesses

Hexaport sets up, upgrades, repairs and supports Windows PCs and Microsoft 365 for businesses in Woodstock and Oxford County. Most issues are fixed remotely within the same session; when they can't be, a technician comes on-site.

What we handle

  • New PC setup: configured with your software, security tools and user settings before it reaches the desk. [confirm: do you also source the hardware?]

  • Windows 11 upgrades: check which PCs can upgrade, replace those that can't, and move users without losing files.

  • Microsoft 365: email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint setup, licensing and day-to-day administration.

  • Staff changes: accounts, devices and access set up for new hires and removed the day someone leaves.

  • Troubleshooting and repairs: slow PCs, crashes, printers, Wi-Fi and peripherals.

  • Remote support: secure remote sessions so most problems are fixed without a site visit.

Windows 10 is no longer support

Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. PCs still running it no longer get free security updates, which makes them an easy target and can cause problems with cyber insurance. We can audit your PCs, tell you which can move to Windows 11 and which need replacing, and plan the upgrade around your work schedule.

FAQs

  1. Can we keep using Windows 10? The PCs will still run, but they no longer receive free security updates since October 14, 2025. Microsoft offers paid Extended Security Updates as a short-term bridge; for most businesses, upgrading or replacing those PCs is the better use of money.

  2. Do you support Microsoft 365? Yes. We set up and manage Microsoft 365 email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint, including licensing, security settings and multi-factor authentication.

  3. Do you come on-site? Yes, in Woodstock and across Oxford County [confirm range]. We start remotely because it's faster, and come on-site for hardware, network or anything that can't be fixed remotely.
