and the team
Hexaport Inc. is a managed IT and cybersecurity provider based at 470 Industrial Avenue in Woodstock, Ontario.
Founded in 2019; we are a small, senior team that runs IT and security for small and mid-sized businesses across Oxford County and Southwestern Ontario.
We recently stepped up our game and now support North American companies with hosted MySQL database service, utilizing five datacenters, coast-to-coast-to-coast.
Why we exist
Most small businesses get one of two kinds of IT support: a large provider where they're a ticket number, or a one-person shop that can't cover security properly. Hexaport sits in between. You deal with experienced people who know your setup, backed by the same enterprise security tools large companies use.
How we work

Plain answers. We tell you what you need, what you don't, and what it costs.

Security by default. Every managed client gets endpoint protection, MFA and monitored backups.

Independent advice. When we recommend software or vendors, we say why, and we'll tell you when you don't need us.

Local. Our office is in Woodstock, and we're on-site across Oxford County.

Remote. As we operate a smart and modern IT support infrasructure. Currently handling IT support for 50+ companies and monitoring more than 700 endpoints across North America.
In the community
Hexaport ran a cybersecurity awareness campaign with the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and sponsors the Woodstock local podcast channel, This is Woodstock.
